This scares me beyond anything I've ever seen. Being a female, thinking that someone could do this to a child is TERRIFYING. Thinking that someone would do it to THEIR OWN CHILD is...it messes with me. ALOT. It makes me want to cry, and I don't cry easily.

So, my question is this: do you think that the courts might count this as child abuse?

State your answer and give reasons to back it up. I'll give my opinions on it later.

That.. is horrible.

I think the courts might only count that as child abuse if anything is broken or bruised or whatnot. Cause this is what Dictionary.com defines it as..

"child abuse 
–noun
mistreatment of a child by a parent or guardian, including neglect, beating, and sexual molestation. "

The kid looked happy enough in the end for it to not look suspicious...

I have a hard time believing that somebody would actually do that, even though they definitely just did.

this man is just swinging his baby around to the tune of that Kung Foo Fighting song, whatever it's name is. He's holding it by the baby's hands and just swinging him. Looks like he could break it's arms and neck and some points. not altogether a very.. nice video.

Yeah, pretty much what Angi said. It's a video of a man swinging his baby son around a room with what looks like ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD for the son's health or overall safety. He swings him up into the air by his arms, swings him around by his legs, flips him backards and forwarrds by his arms, tosses him into the air...the list goes on. It's so hard to watch!


If I were that child's mother, I would be ENRAGED. The poor baby looks like a ragdoll just being tossed around! It's like those little girls that play with those baby dolls, and carry them around and just do cray stuff with the dolls...it kinda reminds me of that. it's atrocous to watch.


It makes me quite angry.
