the time of the year where teachers make you stand outside in the cold or do games in the cold.
The time of year where people are arguing on what to get each other for Christmas and what the cards should be like.
The time to brag
The time to fight.

All with different things, there's a particular word for it, but the word escapes me.

I can't really complain, seeing as I love cool/cold wather. I don't like really strong winds AND cold, but I like crisp air and crunchy ground and long sleeves and coats and scarves. I like to be cool, because I am hot-natured (my body temperature runs high). My sister is cool-natured, so she'll get colder alot easier now. Oh great, more whining.

I'd rather go to the beach everyday, because I live down the road from a beach. No need for pools. If you're hot, just pop down to th beach.

It snowed this morning at about, 5am, just got back from work. It was very nice. Cold Snap much.

I certainly enjoy the winter season, plus' about it are:

- Snow, it's like playdough...but cold (love to sculpt things out of it :P)
- When ponds and such freeze over, go and play on it (although one year i had the small incident of falling through the ice, interesting)
- Snowmen, they're like pedos...but better (and my dog goes crazy at them).
- Snow angels because everyone loves to look like a loon rolling around in snow.
- Sledging, it's hilarious not being able to control where you go (note to self: steer clear of thorn bushes).
- Snowball fights, it's fun to through things at people.
- Snowdays, another excuse to get off school.
- Writing your name in the snow (Take not that I do not do such things).

When I went to Newfoundland for Christmas I did all of them! Although, trying to start a snowball fight didn't go down too well. It was more a ball of ice, knocking a girl on her back with a large lump on her head. (probably the only time in my life i've thrown something and its hit the target) Bad times. But amazing times also.

Awwwww your winter sounds so good! We don't have snow in Melbourne so it's rain then a few seconds later it's sunshine then a few seconds later it's hail then a few seconds later it's hot

Winter is the best season! Summer makes me grumpy and hot and annoyed and over-heated. Ugh. I hate Christmas in the summer!
