i'm really happy im 12 weeks pregnant and i had my scan on 23rd here it is

i don't get to find out for another 8 weeks but i'm going to ask them to write it in an envelope so i can find out later if i wish.

i know, though it means i can show friends the envelopes and they can buy the babys stuff before he/she born they just can't tell me.

I can't wait to be pregnant, but it also really, REALLY scares me.


So many things COULD happen:

-Fallopian tube pregnancy (possibly FATAL)
-Malformed fetus/child
-Could be born messed up internally (in the head, y0)
-I'm afraid of getting kicked in the ribs...>.> <.<
-Hard labour. My mum went through 16 hours of it with me, my grandmother had bad labour, it runs in my family, and I'm afraid of it.


But I can't wait to be pregnant, anyway. I will absolutely love walking around in flow-y dresses, barefoot and very much alive. It will be beautiful and earthy. I will show off my stomach ALL THE TIME...I want to get a plaster cast of my torso done, and have a picture of my husband and I together with the baby inside me.
