Do Aliens Exist?

what do u guys think about aliens? something people have been arguing over for years, and will for years to come. i think that if we can exist on this planet, then sure can other species on others. and i think that they have visited us before, there are so many pictures and videos, some are fake and have been edited... but some look so real! post your views and stuff :)

I think chances of us meeting one are very very slim.
Because even if we could travel far enough without needing more food/water/etc and needing to come back, our earth has been around for billions of years, and chances of finding another planet with life at our stage of development is very slim.
I'm sure "aliens" exist, and have existed but they're at different stages of development, maybe amoebas or our equivalent of dinosaurs, maybe more futuristic.

I believe they do if our universe is as big as the scientist say it is then its pretty selfish to think we are the only ones living in it.

I do believe in life other than that on earth (I've always refused to call them "aliens") but I'm currently not quite sure where that life could possibly be. I always thought that there is some parallel universe to ours in which the opposite of all of us exist, and I have also always thought that we are all nothing but atoms in the cells of a different life form, and we ourselves have certain life forms in our bodies that are even smaller than the atoms of our cells.

Or we could all just be stuck in a locker at a train station.

It looks like a bloated seagull.
Maybe it drank too much carbonated something.
They can't gas/burp out the carbonation so they explode from it. At least, that's what I've heard. I don't want to see it.

Why do you hate this term? The term 'Alien' is just another word for foreign, it's like saying that you're an alien to us British folk because you're American.

I'm not saying they do and I'm not saying they don't (I'm not sure to be honesty), I'm just saying this:

If aliens are really as advanced as they supposedly they are and if they really wanted dead, we'd be dead. The 'modern' world has been around for over 2000 years and Earth itself, along with life, has been around for thousands more than that. If they wanted us dead; we'd be dead.

I'm sure there's probably life somewhere, but they're probably (A) just as dumb as we are, (B) don't want to be involved with us, or (C) are peaceful.

If I'm wrong then I'm sure they're hacking this post and will come kill me first.

I think that too, yet I do find that NASA astronauts beliefs completely farfetched.. I don't think that the US government would be hiding the aliens and I'm pretty damn certain they wouldn't look like a human perception of them (as he described, "like ET").

Most crop circles are man-made these days...

I still believe in them though but they should try and make proper contact, if they've been to the planet before then why not? What's stopping them from contacting us properly?

Technically speaking yes, although to be fair people from other countries can be considered as "Aliens". The term alien is only another word for "foreign" but as we all know it's more commonly used with extra-terrestrials.

Yeah it would be cool but there'd probably be a heap of political indifferences and a war would start between us and the other humans.. lol.
