I've looked a trailer for the "2012". I was interested in this theme.
Please advise me a good site on this topic.
And what do you think about the end of the world 2012.

Well the world ending in 2012 was the prediction made by the Mayans...
And what we have seen this far they were pretty advanced and knew a lot, however they did that is beyond us.

But when they predicted 2012 isn't so much the ending of the world, it is just some catastrophic prediction for that year.

For example the extinction of humans, or great rise and fall or certain powers, so really it could mean anything, just something that is gonna have a profound affect.

Theres been so many of these theories that have happened that i don't really pay attention to it anymore if it happens it happens, if it doesn't well it doesn't.

As some of you may remember there was a theory that all this was gonna happen on Jan. 1, 2000... did anything happen.. nope

People thought crazy things were gonna happen on 6/6/o6... and did anything that day... nope

There is a scientist who has used the bible to calculate two totally different mathematical equations and both came out saying the world would end in 2060, for that one only time will tell...

what I'm saying is its very possible but I'm not going to obsess over it and do all this crazy high adrenaline things because i may or may not die within the duration of 2012.

really i see it this way.Its three years away
so im going to enjoy my life,do as much as i can
because frankly who knows if maybe tomorrow ill get in a accident
or something else.I dont pay attention to all those "everyone will die on this day" or things like that,its useless

they also predicted other days that the world would end be4 the year 2012. one of the years was the year that their civilization ended so maybe that date is gonna be the end of another country. who knows for sure though

I didn't know they were making a film about what might happen in 2012, just watched a trailer and it looks good. The movie makes it look like a series of catastrophic natural disasters which i would interpret it as mother nature trying to exterminate the life forms on this planet as a second hope of surviving, as we all know we're slowly killing the planet in which she does not like. Everything will die and a new age will dawn, a new beginning to start from fresh and perhaps man will rise again on a restored planet. ;D

As for the 6/6/06 thing that Rylee mentioned, i highly doubted that prediction. The 666 is the mark of the beast according to the New Testament, this how ever is not the definate mark of the beast. Particular sources say that this was mistranslated, scholars from the Oxford University had used advanced imaging techniques to read previously illegable portions of the earliest known record of the Book of Revelation. The fragment gives the mark of the beast as 616 rather than 666, so if the world were to end due to the mark of the beast it would of been in 6/1/06 which also didn't happen. ;D


People can panic about the end of the world but whether it happens or not, we will all still die.
