For the last week or so, every night without fail I've been having weird dreams which totally sketch me out... to the point their nearly nightmares.

It means I get a lack of restful sleep so I'm always tired.. and Im just fed up with them.

I dont even know what they're ment to mean.

One I had was about my mum and dad falling out and mum dissappearing.. then I went to a museum and saw this shark in a tank.. which escaped and caused a tsunami.. bearing in mind in my dream I was in new york, I then ran to my friend's house where I was given the keys to her kitchen to stay safe. I then rung mum to say goodbye and she was outside - the water disappeared.
After running out to see her we were walking down the street and every now and then the water came back, and we had to dive into shops. The first one was an underwear shop, the second i dont remember and the third was boots, where I met kylie minogue and Gary Barlow.

Another dream the next night Me and a friend from college were driving to an army camp to do air-rifle shooting in my boyfriend's car... after gettig stuck outside in a towl and being laughed at by the other army camp, we broke down on the way home and everyone paniced because the car only had one turbo.

Last night's dream consisted of my mother finding my "ann summers" draw... stitching all my basques up so I couldnt wear them, start trashing the rest of my room, calling me a faker, kinda dropping me from the family. Mum and my sister were sat in mums room and I was trapped in mine.
I remember alot of swearing and door slamming.

Help?
I hate these.

Your dreams seem to circle around you being freaked out or panicked, with the exception of the one where you are being made fun of....but both involve strong emotion. Maybe you are going through, or will go through, some tough times in your life.

ive actually tried to figure our what dreams really mean, but could never do it.

My problem with dreams is that,i dont drean much, but when i do my dreams do come true. And i am not even kidding they might come true a month later a year later,or a week later.and when i am at that point in real life it feels like deja vu.Like a total flashback.at first i thought that i was just tired and imagened things but i wrote some of my dreams down, and they all came true at some point. This sounds really crazy right now,and i cant even believe it myself, but i cant explain it any other way.

When you dream, you are in a different state of mind, meaning you can actually have dreams about your future...which explains your dreams.....anyway....I am afraid of my dreams coming true, because I have dreams of killing an ex-friend of mine.....and sometimes my dreams do come true....not only that, a guy at school I know also dreams about me killing my ex-friend.....its a scary thought

Its not that I want to know what they mean, I just dont want them!!

When youre in the deep sleep (REM) the rational part of your brain isnt active, leaving your SuperEgo to come up with all these crazy things.. when you're awake, the ID, the rational part, makes sence of it all and tells you its not real.

Last night's dream included a boy feeling sick after eating a watercress and mustard sandwich, bowling in my old school hall and everyone I know like, 3 foot shorter than me dressed in bright pink.

I might start a dream diary. These are preeeeeety darn weird.

-laughs- Ok, so here is what I do, and I don't dream. When you are falling asleep, instead of letting your mind wander all over the place, try telling yourself to breath in and breath out, staying on beat with your breathing. It puts you to sleep quicker, and it keeps you from thinking about weird things before sleeping.

Bad dreams may come from anxiety....Maybe you should meditate before going to bed (or pray). Maybe try excercising? Just something calming....sometimes it helps ^.^

So my dream last night consisted of buying a white brick to make the inside of my fridge blue and cool, getting my lower eyelids pierced, running an old peoples home, recording 1940's music videos and singing songs from sweeny todd on a beach, wrapped in red ribbon with the Telly Tubbies, Denise Van-Oughten and a host of other celebs.

Ive got a proper diary going now... Its interesting....
