Whatever they are, i put all of mine into saving in an attempt to get interest on them =]

I think you get them for doing things; Posting, posting new threads, rating threads etc
The longer your posts are, the more credits you get.

That's all I've worked out so far and I'm sure theres a looottt more you can do to get them =/
